Wholesale Application Details

3 trade references and your bank with telephone number and address.
A tax-exempt number (certificate of resale) is required to qualify for reseller discounts.

• Merchandise is final sale. If returned without authorization it will be refused.
• 1st order paid by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover); net 30 with approved credit application.
• Finance charges will be assessed at 1.5% each statement cycle to any account with invoices over 30 days past due. If your account becomes past due, credit will be discontinued until the account is made current.
• Returned checks – your account will be charged $30.  All returned checks must be made good within 3 business days or legal action may be  pursued. Credit will be discontinued and all future orders will be shipped COD or Cash Only.
